How does your bespoke service work?

We offer a quotation based on your inquiry through email. Our process is based on your needs and materials you want within the piece. There will be a deposit for materials needed for the piece (the cost of materials) which I paid before dispatch and before the piece is made.

Quotation on deposit will be emailed with payment link and constant communication throughout the design process. (you may want to provide a design of your own or otherwise a description of specifications).

Please allow 10-14 days for completion of the commission (depending on complexity and material order time).
